Sheena Matheiken has pledged to wear one dress for one year (365 ways!) to raise money for the Akanksha Foundation — contributions go towards educational expenses for slum children in India. Track her progress over at The Uniform Project.
“There are 7 identical dresses, one for each day of the week. Every day I will reinvent the dress with layers, accessories and all kinds of accoutrements, the majority of which will be vintage, hand-made, or hand-me-down goodies.” ~ Sheena
And reinvent she does — each day, a different look. The dress was designed by her friend, Eliza Starbuck. I think she should consider selling that dress!
